The six
rules.
In full. What they do, and what they stop.
01
The slow hour.
For the first sixty minutes, every wallet gets the same buy limit. A phone keeps pace with a script.
How it works
Each buy is checked against that wallet's recent buys. Over the per-minute limit, the buy is refused. The limit resets every minute. At sixty minutes it lifts and the coin trades at full speed.
Why
On most launchpads, bots buy in the same block the coin is created. By the time a person taps buy, the supply is gone.

02
No chart.
Hides price for the first hour. Trade off the project description and quality, not the jumping price.
How it works
Until the slow hour ends, a coin page shows a countdown and the rules. No price, no candles, no trade feed. Age, holders and liquidity stay visible.
Why
A first-minute candle drives panic both ways. Without one, you judge the coin, not the noise.

03
Ticker lock.
Each ticker is locked for an hour.
How it works
Launching a coin claims its ticker. For the next hour no other launch can use it. The check runs on the launch form, before you confirm.
Why
Vamps copy a coin that's moving and relaunch it under the same name to catch confused buyers. The first hour is when that pays most.

04
One dev wallet.
Every launch runs through exactly one dev wallet. No more can be added.
How it works
The deployer is fixed at launch. At buy time, wallets that trace back to it are refused.
Why
Bundling spreads a dev's supply across fresh wallets so nobody can see how much they really hold.

05
Slow unlock.
The dev's allocation releases evenly over the first 24 hours. Nothing unlocks at launch.
How it works
The dev sets an allocation of up to 5% at launch. It releases in equal slices, every hour, for a day.
Why
A dev holding the whole bag at minute one can dump it at minute one.

06
Nobody.
No wallet addresses or names, anywhere. No copy trading a KOL and them dumping on your head.
How it works
Holders are a count, not a list. Trades show size and time, never who. No comments, no socials feed, no trending by mentions. Connecting a wallet is read only, and your address is never shown.
Why
If you can see who's in a coin, you trade the people, not the coin. And anyone can talk up their own bag.
